This Privacy Policy explains how processes your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

1. Who the controller is

2. What data we collect

When you send a booking or itinerary request:

Full name, WhatsApp number and email.
Hotel or pickup location, arrival and departure dates, tour dates.
Number of adults, children and infants.
Any notes you choose to write (for example, children's ages, preferred times, dietary or mobility restrictions).

When you submit a review: name, city, rating and comment.

When you use the Site: technical browsing data recorded by our hosting provider (IP address, date and time of access, browser), as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

In your own browser (local storage): chosen language and currency, itineraries in progress, experiences saved and selected for comparison, and your cookie preferences. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not collect card details, bank details, passwords or identification documents.

3. Sensitive data and children's data

Health, mobility or dietary information is only processed if you choose to provide it, and solely to adapt the experience to your needs, with your consent.
Data on children and infants (number and age) is provided by the parent or guardian and used solely for the booking and for safety on the tour, in the best interest of the child.

4. What we use your data for

To receive your request, check availability and confirm the booking with the operator (performance of a contract and preliminary procedures).
To contact you about your request via WhatsApp or email (performance of a contract).
To publish reviews, when you submit them (consent).
To keep the Site secure and working (legitimate interest).
To keep access logs and meet legal obligations (compliance with a legal obligation).

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

The tour operating company: receives your name, contact details, pickup location, dates, number of participants and the notes needed to provide the experience.
WhatsApp (Meta): when you or we start a conversation there.
Technology providers: website hosting and, if you accept, Google Maps to display the map.
Authorities: when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

6. International transfer

Some providers (such as Google and Meta) may store data outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer complies with Article 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt adequate protection measures.

7. How long we keep it

Requests and bookings: for as long as necessary to serve you and for the legal period for exercising consumer rights (up to 5 years).
Reviews: for as long as they are published or until you request their removal.
Access logs: 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You may, at any time and free of charge:

Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
Request data portability.
Find out who we share your data with.
Withdraw your consent and request the deletion of data processed on the basis of it.

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to request information.
