These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website (the "Site"), maintained by . By using the Site or sending a request, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what we offer

is an intermediation platform (hub) for tourism experiences. We advertise tours from partner companies, receive booking and itinerary requests, and act as an intermediary between you and the operator responsible for each experience.

is not the operator of the tours. The provision of each experience (transportation, driving, guides, equipment, boats, safety and meals, where applicable) is the responsibility of the operating company named in the confirmation. is liable for the intermediation services it provides, under the applicable legislation, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

2. A request is not a confirmed booking

  • Sending a request through the Site does not guarantee a spot. Every request depends on the operator's availability and on sea, tide and weather conditions.
  • A booking is only considered confirmed when we send you the confirmation with the operator's name, the date, the pickup time, the final price and the tour conditions.
  • We may suggest changes to the date, time or itinerary to ensure the best experience and your safety.

3. Prices and currencies

  • The prices shown are reference values ("from") and may vary according to the date, the number of people, the children's ages and each operator's policy. The final price is stated in the confirmation.
  • Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions, for reference only. All charges are made in Brazilian reais (R$).
  • Fees and optional services not included (entrance tickets, environmental fees, meals, extra activities) are listed on each experience's page and paid separately.

4. Payment

  • does not receive payments and does not store card details.
  • Payment is made directly to the operating company, using the methods it provides (PIX, card or others), only after the booking has been confirmed.
  • Discounts for upfront payment and installment plans follow each operator's conditions.
  • Receipts and invoices for the tour are issued by the operator that receives the payment.
  • For your safety: only make payments to the company named in the confirmation. If in doubt, contact us before paying.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and right of withdrawal

  • The cancellation and refund rules are those of the responsible operator and are communicated before confirmation.
  • If the tour cannot take place due to bad weather, sea or tide conditions, we help you reschedule or request a refund from the operator, in accordance with its policy.
  • The right of withdrawal provided for in Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code is guaranteed, where applicable.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide true and complete information (name, contact details, dates, number and ages of participants, pickup location).
  • Be at the agreed pickup location and time and follow the operator's safety instructions.
  • Inform us of any health, mobility, pregnancy or other conditions or restrictions that may affect participation.
  • Ensure that minors are accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Bring the documents and items recommended on each experience's page.

7. Experience information

Descriptions, itineraries, tips and best seasons are for information purposes and are based on information from operators and travelers. Itineraries and stops may change due to natural conditions, local regulations or decisions by the operator to ensure safety.

8. Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review, you authorize the publication of your name, city, rating and comment on the Site. We may moderate, reject or remove content that is offensive, false, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of third parties.

9. Intellectual property

The brand, the layout and the texts of the Site belong to . Destination photos are by authors who have licensed them freely, with due credit given on the Photo Credits page.

The Site may direct you to third-party services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, which have their own terms and policies.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
